Refund policy

We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with a description of the issue and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Once we receive the necessary information, we may request that the product be returned to us for assessment.
